At 12:00pm, make your way to our Aquarium and join our keepers as they introduce you to the fascinating world beneath the waves. Discover the incredible adaptations of marine animals, learn what makes each species unique, and meet some of Hobart Zoo & Aquarium's most captivating underwater residents.
A highlight of the presentation is our interactive Touch Pool, where guests can gently experience the amazing textures of marine life. Touch a beautiful Blue Linckia Sea Star and Yellow Mesh Sea Star, while observing fascinating creatures including hermit crabs, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, and a variety of other marine invertebrates.
