About the Role

As a Seasonal Casual Guest Services & Café Team Member, you'll help deliver excellent customer service across our admissions, guest services and café operations during school holidays and the Christmas holiday period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and assisting with enquiries

  •  

    Processing admissions, memberships and bookings

  •  

    Operating the point-of-sale system

  •  

    Preparing barista-style coffee and beverages

  •  

    Assisting with food preparation and presentation

  •  

    Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and customer service standards

  •  

    Supporting the Guest Services and Café teams as required

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, professional and positive attitude

  • Previous hospitality, café or customer service experience

  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays

  • Reliable, well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
