From October 4 to October 31, Hobart Zoo & Aquiram transforms into a whimsical Halloween wonderland filled with pumpkins, decorations, and just the right amount of spooky (but never too scary!) surprises.

• Not-so-scary thrills – Safe, fun, and imaginative Halloween excitement designed especially for children.

• Halloween in the Aquarium – Experience a unique Halloween under the sea atmosphere with glowing pumpkins, friendly ghosts, and a touch of mystery that’s never frightening.

• Wild encounters – Keeper chats about Tasmanian Devils, Lions, Snakes and many more.

• Step into magical Aquarium space where cheeky clowns pop out to surprise you, pirates guard their treasure with a grin, and friendly ghosts float by with a giggle. With amazing robotics, glowing lights, and playful theming, every twist and turn is packed with fun frights (but nothing too scary for the little ones!).
