Year 4 -Who Eats Who?

Year 4 students explore the roles of organisms within habitats and how food chains show feeding relationships between living things. Through real-life examples, students learn how producers, consumers and decomposers interact to keep ecosystems balanced.

Guided by our Conservationist, students investigate food chains across different habitats, including Tasmanian ecosystems and aquatic environments. A strong focus is placed on the Tasmanian Devil, allowing students to connect classroom learning with real-world conservation efforts and current recovery programs.
