Year 2 -Zoo Science & Conservation

Year 2 students explore the purpose of zoos and wildlife parks, learning how science is used in daily zoo care to support animal health and wellbeing. Through guided experiences, students discover how zoos help conserve animals, protect habitats, and care for species from different environments. By visiting a range of habitats across the zoo, students gain an understanding of how animals are managed and cared for in modern zoos and wildlife parks.
